In re: PG&E Corp. & Pacific Gas and Electric Co., Case Nos. 19-30088 and 19-30089 U.S. Bankruptcy Court (N.D. Cal.)

YOUR CLAIM WILL BE DISMISSED UNLESS YOU ACT NOW

If you recently received an email or letter from Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP (“Lead Counsel”) about the PG&E Bankruptcy, PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (together, “PG&E”) have objected to your Claim and its legal sufficiency.

IF YOU DO NOT ACT NOW THE BANKRUPTCY COURT WILL DISMISS
YOUR CLAIM AGAINST PG&E FOREVER.

You have two options to fight to keep your Claim alive:

1. You can prepare legal papers or hire a lawyer to do that for you, OR

By selecting the checkbox above, I adopt the current Complaint and legal papers prepared by the court-appointed Lead Plaintiff, the Public Employees Retirement System of New Mexico (“PERA”), and join in PERA’s opposition to PG&E’s motion to dismiss the Complaint on sufficiency grounds for purposes of my Claim. I understand that Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP is not representing me individually. (There will be no cost to you if you adopt the PERA complaint and join in PERA’s opposition.)

The Bankruptcy Court has allowed Lead Counsel to contact you about your Claim.

•     PERA’s current complaint, which you would be adopting, can be found HERE.

•     To see a copy of your Claim, please go to the PG&E Rescission or Damage Claim Filter available at

This website is not maintained by PG&E. It is maintained by Labaton Keller Sucharow LLP,
which the Bankruptcy Court recently appointed as Lead Counsel.

IMPORTANT: There is no guarantee the Bankruptcy Court will agree with PERA. The Court may grant PG&E’s motion to dismiss your Claim for failure to state a legal claim. Also, PERA can only respond to PG&E’s objection to your Claim on certain legal grounds and for the reasons in PERA’s opposition. At this point, Lead Counsel is only able to help you in this way. Lead Counsel cannot help you with other theories PG&E may be asserting—such as your failure to respond to a settlement offer. Similarly, Lead Counsel cannot attend mediation or engage in individual settlement negotiations on your behalf. If you have any questions about other unique objections to your Claim, we encourage you to consult your own lawyer.
